An announcement from Treasury

Treasury is joining Public

An exciting next chapter for our investing community

Published May 2026 · preserved here as part of the Treasury archive

We've been acquired by Public — a New York-based investing platform trusted by millions of customers. Two things are moving as a result:

You don't need to do anything right now. This page is the source of truth for the transition — bookmark it and check back here for updates. We'll walk you through what's changing below.

Treasury Investing Accounts transfer to Public

What's happening to your investing account

On or after June 26, your Treasury investing account will transfer to a brokerage account at Public — automatically, at no cost to you. Your positions and balance stay the same, and so does your custodian (Apex Clearing).

We'll be in touch with full details about exactly how this will work in the weeks to come. Look for an email or check here for more information.

What's better at Public

  • IRAs and Roth IRAs — by far the most-requested feature at Treasury
  • AI-powered tools for research and portfolio building, including Alpha, Generated Assets, and automated investing agents
  • A wider investment menu beyond Treasury's curated lineup
  • Mobile app and web access — both, finally
  • A 1% match on external transfers into Public and on IRA/Roth IRA contributions, as long as funds stay at Public for five years1

1 Subject to the terms of Public's ACATS & IRA Match Program. Matched funds must remain at Public for at least 5 years to avoid an early removal fee. Terms subject to change.

If you'd rather not transfer

Totally your call. You have two options:

  • Liquidate and withdraw. Sell all of the securities in your Treasury account and, once proceeds have settled, withdraw the cash to a linked bank account.
  • Transfer via ACATS. Move your holdings to a brokerage of your choice. ACATS transfers are initiated by the receiving brokerage — contact their customer service team to start the process.

If we don't hear from you by June 19, your account will transfer to Public on or after June 26.

Her First $100K

Stock Market School gets a new home

We know what Stock Market School means to you — the live calls, the community in the comments, the slow click of "wait, I actually GET this now." None of that is going anywhere.

Because Treasury and Her First $100K are separate businesses, Stock Market School needs a new home — so it's moving to Kajabi, where we host the rest of our programs. Same courses. Same live coaching. Same Tori and Masha showing up in the community. The only thing changing is where you log in.

When the move happens in a few weeks, you'll get an email with a link to set up your new login. There's nothing you need to do right now — keep using Stock Market School as usual, and we'll guide you through every step when it's time.

We're also putting together resources inside Stock Market School on how to get the most out of Public, so you won't have to figure that part out alone either.

If you'd rather not continue with Stock Market School, just let us know by June 5 at support@herfirst100k.com and we'll take care of it.
